The first season of the CRUX brought a whole new tier of participation to the Twitch platform. With viewer interactions, games shows, fashion shows, and in-game competitions, users were flung into the chaos world of the CRUX. With cash and glory on the line, many strived for victory, to have their names immortalized in the founding season of the long running series. Each victor earned themselves the first of their title, and one such competitor won a title all their own, the "Origin's Champion".

The longest running competition of them all was 100% glory, in the Marbles on Stream leaderboard. A mix of consistency and luck would determine who would earn their own, questionable title. The most consistent player did come out on top, and none other than the "Game Master" DJWilma's wife lheirisson earned herself the title of "Ball Whisperer".

Drone Grand Prix was the tightest of all the competitions, while more glory than reward. The title of "Drone Racer" was shared by two competitors. While seasoned viewers like deltasquad65, and iLovePatats19 were close, and even the cohost of Behind the Frame, THE____MEG was only 1 point away, it came down to our most dedicated predictors, cuber_19 and rrstrickland.

A competition removed from any video game interaction completely, FUN FAQ'd tested the wits of all viewers. With a limited time and a big brain, CloudScorpion and schugknight constantly battled it out for top spot, but it would be the latter of the two to win the majority of weeks and earn himself the title of "Master of Quizzes".

DABIS, season 1's fashion frame competition had 2 standout competitors among a roster of top notch fashion framers. iLovePatatas19 and NicaZaros traded back and forth on the top 2 slots for each week's competition. The live final's consisting of 4 different frames to show off, had an expected result. While all finalist brought their A game, it was SkeletonMan that came out on top by the smallest of margins. Shortly afterwards the champion himself disappeared from the competitive landscape, and his title of "Best in Show" remains unclaimed.

Body Count was the most chaotic of competitions in season 1. With the goal of getting as many kills as possible across several games, you think the options would have been endless. Week 1 didn't see any competitors due to no one in the current competitive roster owning the latest COD, which had just recently come out. Second week in Counter-Strike was bogged down with technically issues, and inability to secure our own servers. Overwatch 2 was played twice and developed its own Tank Meta (which will be patched out next season), and Warframe's snowball fight had sever balancing issues. But with all that said, kiresai persevered through it all, winning almost every week of Body Count, and earning himself the title of "Slayer".

Vault Racers was the high octane competition of the season, with players racing it out each week to try and take down deltasquad65 from the top spot each week. The first 4 weeks saw deltasquad65 swap out players but never position, first reaching top spot with cuber_19 the aforementioned "Drone Racer". Due to scheduling issues, deltasquad65 swapped to add the "Master of Quizzes" schugknight to his team, and maintain the top spot until the final week. With a difference of less than 3 seconds a run, across the 4 runs, "Speed Demon" paladindancefloor and iLovePatatas19 would take the competition, but the latter of the two would not claim the title.

A second place finish in Body Count, several weekly wins in DABIS, a top 3 finish on the Marbles leaderboard, and a victory in Vault Racers. It was none other than iLovePatatas19, with a total of 52,600 NRG that would claim the one of a kind title, "Origin's Champion".
