WHAT IS THE CRUX?

A UNIQUE GAMING EXPERIENCE

The CRUX is a 6 week Team Based Gaming Event which collaborates with several streamers across 6 competitions for a slice of over $5,000 in prizes. Streamers, Players and Viewers alike will have various activities within each competition to earn their chances at 1 of 3 Steam Decks, and thousands of dollars worth of in-game prizes.

NRG FOR REWARDS

Completing weekly activities within the event across the twitch channels and website will earn you NRG, the main resource in the CRUX. When you've gained enough NRG each week, you will earn yourself a ticket into the Steam Deck Giveaways, among other rewards.

THE PLAYER EXPERIENCE

Competition is at the core of the event, thus players will earn NRG points, and earn themselves a shot at event prizes every time they participate in our competitions directly. 3 of the 6 Competitions have open participation, while The Gauntlet and Top vs Bot are a tryout basis. Void Racers, DABIS, and The Q are all open to all CRUX PASS holders.

VIEWER PARTICIPATION

Viewers will earn NRG points towards their CRUX PASS by participating in viewer activities as part of the competitions. A CRUX PASS holder can be both a Viewer and a Player, for the most part. All 6 competitions have Viewer Participation that allows for earning NRG points towards their CRUX PASS.

THE TEAMS

The event will feature 8 teams, each with their own team leader, primary stream, competitions, giveaways, and much more. Once you choose your team, you will be representing that team for the rest of the Season. Find out more about the teams on their respective team pages below.
