The CRUX claim system is how you receive prizes you've earned that are tradable only (TO). These are most likely going to be Warframe Prime Sets, but might not entirely be limited to. For the following we will discuss how the system works from a Warframe perspective and will add a provision for any exceptions in the future.

The CRUX claim system starts off from the CRUX member entering a giveaway <a href="https://twitch.tv/omwproductions">live on stream</a> and winning. These giveaways will be entered through the website, and will indicate whether or not the prize is claimable. In situations where it was a no claim prize, but the prize was unable to be received, that member may be given access to the claim system.

When winning a live giveaway, the member will receive access to the claim form through their user menu on the website. Once they have scheduled a claim time through the form, they will receive a friend invite from DJWilma in Warframe, and will be traded with by them unless otherwise indicated at the scheduled time.

If the giveaway member is unable to complete the claim form before the end of the next week, their prize will be reentered into "forget me not giveaway" that will happen during the finals week. We will try and make exceptions when contacted in time, but there are no guarantees.
